PhD project
Strategic managers' issue interpretation: An institutional perspective
Her research focus covers most generally a cognitive and institutional perspective on sensemaking in strategy process research and an explicit interest in theories and phenomena that thematize the intersection of strategy and corporate responsibility. In her dissertation, she is investigating compliance practices and associated individual strategic managers' sensemaking in a context where strategy work increasingly faces institutional pressures of conforming with standards and regulations.
